Athletes interested in gaining entry into the sold-out Quelle Challenge Roth, the world’s largest long-course triathlon, have a chance at an additional 250 places.
The pre-Christmas release of 250 individual places and 80 spots for relay teams has become an annual event for the popular race, with a portion of the proceeds going to support charities in the Nuremberg region. Last year’s pre-Christmas release filled in 10 minutes.
Applications will be available on the race’s website at Challenge-roth.com.
The 2010 edition of the Quelle Challenge Roth, set for July 18, filled to capacity in record time—just eight hours. The race will accommodate 2,500 individual starters and 550 teams.
