Germany’s Andreas Raelert is getting ready to take the starting line at this weekend’s Challenge Roth triathlon in Roth, Germany. See how Andreas and his brother Michael prepared for the 2011 season with this exclusive Triathlete.com video. In this four-part series, which originally aired as a full-length Training Day feature back in May, we take you on-location to experience a real training camp with the Raelerts, including their key running workout, a three-and-a-half hour bike ride, and a five-kilometer pool session.
