Italy’s Daniel Fontana is officially making the leap to the Ironman distance. Fontana recently won Ironman 70.3 Pucon, in Chile, and he’ll race in Sunday’s Spec Savers Ironman South Africa—the second Ironman triathlon of his career. Why? Because “70.3 isn’t Olympic and it isn’t Ironman. It’s like a half marathon.”
