Former 70.3 world champion (2007) and three-time Ironman world champion (2010, 2013, 2014) Mirinda Carfrae is no stranger to the St. George, Utah, area—having raced there twice (2015, 2016). Carfrae and two-time St. George 70.3 finisher, former pro Patrick Mckeon chat about the stacked field at the 2023 70.3 North American Championship.
