Every Tuesday we’ll feature a different coach’s workout you can complete in 60 minutes (or less!).
This week’s run workout comes from Scott DeFilippis, a professional triathlete and coach with an Ironman personal best of 8:09 and a marathon best of 2:43 off the bike. DeFilippis’ “No-Fade 70.3 Run Plan” will appear in Triathlete’s September 2015 issue, and this simple but effective workout appears during the six weeks.

Warm-up
15 min jog

20–30 min of 30 sec hard/30 sec easy
Cool-down
15 min jog
