Three-time Ironman winner Chris Lieto welcomed the Triathlete.com crew and Ironman Hall of Fame member Bob Babbitt to his home in Kona, the site of the Ironman World Championship, to give us an inside look at his training. In the first video of the four-part series, Lieto provided open-water swimming advice. In part two, Lieto shared a bike interval workout on the famous stretch of the world championship course up to Hawi.
