The training weather outside is frightful – so after a chilly run, why would you replenish your body with a frosty smoothie? Warm your bones and recover better with this toasty drink, which has all the recovery nutrients you need in a cozy mug of hot cocoa. You can also make this smoothie before your workout – just keep it warm in an insulated bottle (such as the Velo Canteen, one of our holiday gift guide picks), and you’ll be able to start sipping as soon as you get inside.
