Bob Seebohar joins Bob Babbitt on Competitor Radio to talk sports nutrition. Seebohar is the author of “Metabolic Efficiency Training” and was the sport dietitian for the 2008 US Olympic Triathlon team. If you are gearing up for a marathon, an ultra, a triathlon or a long bike ride, this conversation is for you.
