Profile Design Sync Hydration System $46
This hydration system comes in four sizes and with two 8-ounce bottles, but you can add as many of these bottles as you want to the belt. The bottle mounts are removable and their positions can be adjusted along the length of the belt, making it easier for you to position them so they don’t collide with your forearms while you run. The bottles snap in to a plastic holster rather than a pocket. They are extremely easy to remove and replace, and feel secure on the belt as you run.

Nathan Sprint handheld bottle $15
The 10-ounce bottle’s adjustable strap allows you to secure your hand comfortably around the bottle without having to grip it. The strap is soft and moisture-wicking, which helps prevent chafing and slippage. The bottle’s design prevents liquid from splashing out while you’re running, but you do have to squeeze the bottle to drink from it.

Fuelbelt R20 Revenge $40
A one-size-fits-all, two-bottle hydration belt with a handy pocket for energy gels, the R20 Revenge sits comfortably on your waist. Curved necks make the R20’s bottles easier to grab and replace while running than those on other hydration belts. The fashion-conscious triathlete can choose from nine colors that range from fluorescent green to black and white. The bottles’ positions along the belt cannot be adjusted.

Amphipod RunLite 4 $44.50
This belt comes in four sizes, offers racers four 8-ounce bottles and a large, two-compartment pocket for energy gels. The bottles click into the belt rather than rest in a pocket, which makes them feel secure but makes removal and replacement a little tricky. The bottles’ positions along the belt can also be adjusted so they don’t get in the way of your arm movement.
