How do you say goodbye to a legend? A 140.6-mile parade on the French Riviera is a pretty good way to do it. Triathlon GOAT Jan Frodeno took in every bit of love from the crowd at his final race of a storied career that included an Olympic gold medal, two 70.3 World Championships, and three Ironman World Championships. We caught up with the multi-hyphenate world champion at the finish line to talk about his long day in the sun, reports of his DNF, and the surprising reason why he feels it’s a fitting end to his career.
