Each level of swimming has a technique or skill to focus on improving. Start with level C if it’s been a while since you’ve swum regularly and work your way up, improving on more advanced technique. Whether you’ve taken some much-needed time off from training or an injury or illness required time away from the pool, these swim sets are fun ways to settle back into the water.
