Time to train: Many multisport moms are forced to get in their workouts in the wee hours of the morning (we’re talking 4:30 a.m.!). Give Mom the day to work out in daylight, and have a protein shake waiting for her when she gets home! (And maybe even a quiet house so she can take a nap?)
