If starch before a workout leaves you feeling sluggish, try this fresh approach to a wrap. It’s ideal for when you’re in a pre-exercise rush. For some crunch, add a sprinkle of granola.

Active Time: 5 min.
1 large Boston or butter lettuce leaf*
1 tablespoon chocolate hazelnut butter
1 small banana
1 teaspoon honey
* Use a mild-tasting lettuce 

Spread chocolate hazelnut butter on one side of the lettuce leaf. Top with banana, drizzle on honey, and fold over the leaf.
