No longer do swimmers have to wait until the end of the repeat to know if they’re on pace or not, now the pace per hundred, stroke rate, and lap times are all beamed directly into the inside of the well-fitting goggles after every flip turn. Created by the folks who founded the now-defunct Recon Jet heads up display cycling sunglasses, FORM goggles not only help swimmers to adjust their pace as they go, but it also gives near-real time feedback on speed/stroke and now even heart rate. Though they only do time and heart rate in the open water (for now), these are still a huge step in entirely changing the way we train in the pool.
