The Draw: Laissez-Faire Stability for Economical Speed and Distance

Saucony’s Liberty ISO, with its full-length encapsulated polyurethane midsole and topsole, stood out as a tester favorite, whether for tempo training or longer sessions, on- and off-road. With a tad of stability from a medial plastic guidance frame, the Liberty doesn’t try to override the foot’s natural motion but does offer a sort of invisible hand to help with late-stage sloppiness. Also worthy call-outs: the plush tongue, foot-wrapping stretch mesh, and dynamic fit of the upper.
