Huub Anemoi

The Draw: Pure speed

The Anemoi is made purely for speed (Huub promises a six-minute savings over the Ironman distance when averaging 22 mph on the bike)—and that can be good or bad depending on what you’re looking for in a triathlon suit. On first glance, this looks like a short-course suit, due to very little storage (only a small pocket on the low- er back), but Huub says this is inten- tional, citing today’s bikes with integrat- ed storage. The suit feels well made, but the chamois is a tad thin for long racing—a tradeoff for comfort on the run. The super flexible sleeves and use of Coldblack technology round out the details.
