Several prototype tri bikes sporting the most exciting innovations seen in years were shown to the public last year, but mortals who don’t race for the win in Kona or the Tour de France couldn’t buy them.  These groundbreaking designs are about to be released to the public and near-production models of the Specialized Shiv and Guru Crono 2.0 were on site at the Sea Otter Classic in Monterey, California this past weekend.  Here is a close look at the Shiv -with integrated front end- and the fully customizable Crono 2.0. Both will soon be available to age-grouper and pro alike.
