Gwen Jorgensen grew up watching the Olympics, but she never dreamed she would one day be an Olympian herself. After putting her career as an accountant on hold, Jorgensen qualified for the U.S. Olympic triathlon team one year ago in London. While in San Diego to compete in the ITU World Triathlon Series San Diego race back in May, Jorgensen stopped by the Triathlete magazine offices for a photo shoot for the August cover of Triathlete.
