The first annual TriExpo is less than 10 days away and the clinics scheduled for Friday, January 29 and Saturday, January 30 have been announced. Where else can you get running tips from reigning Ironman World Champion Craig Alexander one day, and then wake up the next morning and go on a bike ride with Chris Lieto, Kristin Armstrong and Chris Carmichael? 11:00am: 100 Goodie Bag Giveaway
100 awesome goodie bags, courtesy of TYR, CLIF BAR and KAISER PERMANENTE will be given to the first 100 attendees!
11:30am: Open Water Swim Clinic
Pro Triathlete and coach Jim Vance will share his training tips and tricks to help you improve and perfect your open water swimming. Meet at the bay front in front of the Hilton.
1:00pm: Training with Power
CycleOps presents Dr. Allen Lim as he talks about how power can influence and maximize your training. Portofino Room in the Hilton.
2:00pm: The Time Crunched Cyclist
Listen to Chris Carmichael* talk about his book, The Time Crunched Cyclist, and learn ways to build a competitive cycling program into your everyday busy schedule. Portofino Room in the Hilton.
3:00pm: Racing Weight
Matt Fitzgerald* will share his 5-step plan for endurance athletes on how to get lean for peak performance. Portofino Room in the Hilton.
4:00pm: Movement U
Jessi Stensland will lead an interactive workshop and educate you on what it takes to maximize your body’s full potential to help you reach your athletic goals. Meet at the bay front in front of the Hilton.
5:00pm: Ultramarathon Man
Dean Karnazes is one of the most amazing endurance athletes on the planet. Come hear the author of the best selling book Ultramarathon Man how running has changed his life. Portofino Room in the Hilton.
6:00pm: Craig Alexander
One of the best runners in the sport, two-time Ironman World Champion Craig Alexander, helps you prepare to have your best ever run off the bike.

7:30am: Breakfast Burrito Bike Ride
The Tri Club of San Diego will lead a ride that will feature Chris Lieto, Kristin Armstrong and Chris Carmichael followed by Breakfast by the Bay. Meet in the park, north of the Hilton.

The Tri Club of San Diego will lead a three mile and five mile run that will feature Kara Goucher, Adam Goucher, Craig Alexander, Jessi Stensland and Dean Karnazes followed by Breakfast by the Bay. Meet in the park, north of the Hilton.
COMPEX ACTIVE RECOVERY ZONE
After the bike ride and run, Ironman World Champion and Olympic Silver Medalist Michellie Jones will be at the Compex Active Recovery Zone. Come check out the Compex Electronic Muscle Stimulation Technology.
