From swim to bike to run and back again, twice, the 20 athletes competing at the Island House Invitational covered an Olympic distance, split into three back-to-back triathlons. It was a day of suffering and fun, and, as Alicia Kaye put it, “The hardest triathlon I’ve ever done—but I’d do it again tomorrow!” Read the full race report here.
