The first day at the Island House Invitational Triathlon showcased some short and intense racing, with the 20 contenders going against the clock during an individual time trial of a 300m swim, 7K bike and 2K run.

The first day at the Island House Invitational Triathlon showcased some short and intense racing, with the 20 contenders going against the clock during an individual time trial of a 300m swim, 7K bike and 2K run to determine overall standings in the general classification. The prologue kicked off the three-day, multi-format race in Highbourne Cay in the Bahamas, where some of the world’s best athletes are competing for a $500,000 prize purse.
