Americans Mark Fretta and Sarah Haskins overcame hot and humid conditions Sunday afternoon in Chi-town to take victories at the 2010 Lifetime Chicago Triathlon. Prior to the pair taking the wins, nearly 9,000 age groupers poured over the downtown course and crossed the finish line.
