New Zealand’s Terenzo Bozzone and Australia’s Rebekah Keat both made late-season statements (though early season in Australia) at today’s Ironman 70.3 Shepparton in Australia.

Bozzone posted a 23:18 swim, a 2:09:34 bike and a 1:12:02 run to earn the fast 3:46:59 victory. Australia’s Joseph Lampe finished second, with another Australian Lean Griffin earning third.

Keat snagged the women’s victory thanks to a 24:46 swim, a 2:26:35 bike and a 1:22:01 run. Her final time was 4:16:17. Australia’s Lisa Marangon claimed second. It was an all-Australian podium with Katherin Baker taking third.
