The hot and windy conditions of the 2011 Abu Dhabi International Triathlon meant that just finishing the 3km swim, 200km bike and 20km run was an accomplishment. Belgium’s Frederik Van Lierde and Great Britain’s Julie Dibens overcame the tough conditions and competition to take the wins at the second annual race. Check out photos of the dramatic race below.
