World Champs Impress At Ironman 70.3 Boise
Ironman World Champion Craig Alexander and Ironman 70.3 World Champion Julie Dibens proved once again that they are two of the best in the world. Alexander rode with one of the sport’s fastest cyclists, Chris Lieto, and ultimately ended up holding off Ben Hoffman for the win.

EPIC5 Concludes on Kona
EPIC5, Richard Roll and Jason Lester’s attempt to do five consecutive Ironman-distance triathlons, came to a successful close at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday night on Kona’s Ali’i Drive.

After completing their fourth Ironman triathlon just before 5:00 a.m. on Monday on Maui, Jason Lester and Richard Roll went to bed. Their intention was to sleep for a few hours, catch an early afternoon flight to Kona, and immediately start their fifth and final Ironman-distance triathlon on the same course used for the Ironman World Championships each October.
