Tyler Stewart, who won Ironman Coeur d’Alene in 2009, has made the move from professional triathlete to ultra-runner and will be attempting her first Western States 100 this weekend. Stewart also competed in the 2012 U.S. Olympic trials back in January. She is an Ironman champion who gave up a sport with prize money and sponsorship for the pure love of the trails.
