According to local newspapers, Sri Lanka is going to host an Ironman 70.3 event on Feb. 19, 2012.
The event will be run by Asian Adventures and will also include a 5150 Olympic-distance race.
“Sri Lanka tourism will do its utmost to make it a success and memorable experience for participants,” said Dr. Nalaka Godahewa, Chairman of Sri Lanka Tourism.
