November 21’s Ironman Arizona looks to be on track as the process of refilling Tempe Town Lake began today in Tempe, Ariz. Officials expect the lake to be re-opened by October 25, nearly one full month before the Ironman date.

The fate of the race was in question after a bladder holding the dam together burst back on July 20, emptying the lake.
