Ironman has announced that the 2014 Ironman 70.3 World Championships will air on the NBC Sports Network on Tuesday, Sept. 30 from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. ET. The race, which took place on Sunday, Sept. 7, featured one of the most competitive fields in the race’s history and was won by Spain’s Javier Gomez and Switzerland’s Daniela Ryf. (Recap the race here.)
Ironman did not provide live streaming coverage as they have in the past—a move that created a lot of frustration for online viewers, who took to social media to air complaints—and instead featured a few stationary cameras and a live blog update.
