Every Tuesday we’ll feature a different coach’s workout you can complete in 60 minutes (or less!).

This week’s swim workout comes from Bryan Mineo, a Los Angeles-based swim coach who will be leading sessions for the Triathlete training camp in San Diego this week, as well as a three-day ocean camp Sept. 26–28. Mineo works with athletes through his business MineoAthletics.com and is also training to swim the English Channel. “This swim challenges the athlete to incorporate sighting during progressive efforts, similar to how they will race in open water,” Mineo says.
