One-Hour Workout: 30 Seconds Hard, 30 Seconds Easy Run

Try this simple but effective workout from professional triathlete and coach Scott DeFilippis.

This week’s run workout comes from Scott DeFilippis, a professional triathlete and coach with an Ironman personal best of 8:09 and a marathon best of 2:43 off the bike. DeFilippis’ “No-Fade 70.3 Run Plan” will appear in Triathlete’s September 2015 issue, and this simple but effective workout appears during the six weeks.
