In the coming weeks we’re bringing you a four-part web series featuring workouts from three-time Ironman champion Chris Lieto. The American welcomed our cameras to his home away from home in Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii to give you an up-close look at three of his key workouts. The goal of the series, which is hosted by Ironman Hall of Fame member Bob Babbitt, is to help you become a stronger, faster and fitter triathlete.
