The Draw: Streamlined Speed
This attention-getting suit felt fast, thanks to a super-hydrophobic fabric and excellent compression. Testers remarked that it felt like it aided rotation and helped keep them swimming on their sides—the optimal position for speed and efficiency. The only caveat: The underarm seam may bother some. We recommend taking it for a test drive if possible to make sure that’s not a deal breaker. Testers said they’d be willing to overlook it for the overall fast feeling—and possible extra seconds saved—during a race. Finally, testers loved the zipper pull, a feature noticeably absent on most other suits tested; they felt it gave them more control zipping up without help and getting out fast.
