QR HydroSix

Back in the early days of triathlon, Quintana Roo was the first brand to release a multisport-specific wetsuit.

However in recent years, QR has focused entirely on bikes and had left the neoprene game behind. Their first release in quite some time, the QR HydroSix, is a high-end wetsuit with all of the bells and whistles you’d expect on neoprene in this price range. Using different panels with minimal seams throughout and unique grippers on the forearm catch area, this is an excellent suit for those looking for maximum float, while still retaining good range of motion in the arms and little chance for chafing on the neck. The big news with the QR HydroSix is that Quintana cut the price of this model to bring it back to an affordable area—down from $800.
