The Draw: Low and Protected
Filling in where Scarpa’s trail-running line needed it, the Spin is more than the Atom and less than the Neutron—combining ample cushioning and protection in a low-profile manner. A rock plate and EVA midsole combine for underfoot bone bruise protection, while the 4mm drop retains some trail feel, especially at speed. The Vibram Megagrip outsole tears it up when you need the traction but isn’t so much that it slows down the flow on smooth surfaces. The mesh upper gains durability via welded plastic overlays, keeping the foot firmly in place with a low-volume fit.
