As a lightweight and well-cushioned trainer, the newest Avi-Lite is well suited for high mileage. Testers recommended going a half size smaller because the mid- and forefoot fit was too generous for them, although they recommend it for those needing an expansive toe box. The underfoot feel provided some connection with the road but remained cushioned and allowed for a natural gait.

Forefoot fit: Roomy
Flexibility: Flexible
