The Defender won’t let you forget you’re wearing sunglasses, and, frankly, you will stand out in a crowd with this look. But despite the size, the Defender is really comfortable and adjustable (nosepiece and temples). The appearance of sharp angles shouldn’t scare you—the frame’s bumpers are rubberized and are even interchangeable. Although the Defender has a lot of frame going on, the view is pretty unobstructed.
