The British pro has had a successful career, including an Olympic appearance in 2004 and two world titles (ITU Long Course and Ironman 70.3). The last few years, Swallow has been on an upward trajectory and is a podium contender in any race she starts. After a fourth-place finish on the Big Island in 2014, she earned a fifth straight Ironman 70.3 South Africa title in addition to a podium finish at the Ironman 70.3 North American Championship and an Ironman victory in South Africa. A member of the Bahrain Endurance 13 team, she races and trains around the world with her partner and fellow pro triathlete James Cunnama.
