MyAthlete

Myathletelive.com
Worn on a Velcro ankle strap or race belt, a tracking chip the size of a Matchbox car transmits GPS data to the MyAthleteLive website, where any spectator can log in to view the athlete’s race splits, location, current pace and average pace.

SageTracker

Sagetracker.com
Originally designed for “covert tracking” purposes, the SageTracker has gained a growing following with athletes for its lightweight, no-fuss GPS tracking. Just turn on the 1-inch by 2-inch plastic card, drop in a jersey pocket or saddlebag, and go. Real-time location information is provided on a password-protected website.
Cost: $149; activation and monthly tracking $34.95.

Spark Nano 3.0

Brickhousesecurity.com
Like the SageTracker, the Spark Nano is a small device that transmits tracking information to a private website. For those wanting to grab lunch or a nap while their athlete is racing, the Spark Nano allows users to set up a “geofence,” triggering an instant alert when the device comes within a set range (say, 20 miles from T2).
Cost: $149; Monthly tracking $29.95.
