Though all of Fuji’s tri line comes well-equipped with components and carbon to punch well outside its weight class, the brand’s top-of-the-line Norcom Straight 1.1 has some of the best value for a high-end bike. Ready to race right out of the box, the Straight boasts SRAM eTap 11-speed electronic shifting with nice little touches like a SRAM RED ceramic bottom bracket. The carbon frame also has clean aero features like a rear-fork mounted brake, a brake under the BB, and an integrated stem/ head tube combo. The ride quality is a bit on the harsher side, but that’s likely thanks to the stock 85mm Oval Concepts 985 wheelset—a slightly over-aggressive choice to come standard on the Straight. With a set of beater training wheels for windy days, this is an impressive setup for anything but the longest tris.
