For Day 2 of our Holiday Gift Guide Giveaways, we have three great prizes:

An OGIO X-Train bag ($80, Ogio.com). This sporty and functional bag has an external removable helmet carry strap, a wet/dry shoe compartment and even a sleeve for an iPad. (May be different colors than bag shown.)

A Lifeproof frē iPhone 5 Case ($80, Lifeproof.com). This sturdy case is light, strong and waterproof—making it a good fit for someone living the multisport lifestyle. We’re also giving away a Lifeproof Armband and a Lifeproof Bike and Bar Mount ($50 and $40, Lifeproof.com).

The book As the Crow Flies ($39.95, Velopress.com). Written by Craig Alexander, he reveals his approach, his training, and the relationships that made him one of triathlon’s great champions, including a double win at the Ironman 70.3 and Ironman World Championship in the same season. The coffee table-style book also features stunning black-and-white photography by Paul K. Robbins.

The Contest

To win today’s giveaway, you’ll have to be a little creative. We’re looking for the best haiku about the off-season. If you don’t remember from high school English, a haiku is a three-line poem, with the first line containing five syllables, the second line seven syllables and the third line five syllables. Here are some examples:

Stash away the scale
I’m breaking from swim, bike, run
Where are the donuts?

No training, no rides
More family, more free time
To spend with my kids

Post it in the comments below, and we’ll pick our favorites. Entries must be posted by Wednesday, Dec. 4 at Noon PST. The winners will be announced on this page by 5 p.m. PST the same day. It is the responsibility of the entrants to check back and see if they have won. The first winner to contact us will get the first choice of the three prizes, the second to contact us will have second choice, etc. so it is important to check back and and see if you’ve won.

*Update* Congratulations to our three winners. Please email Bmavis@competitorgroup.com ASAP to claim your prize. Remember the three prizes will be handed out on a first come, first serve basis.

No bike, run or swim —
