This was the first time since 2006 that three-time Ironman world champion Craig Alexander (AUS) was not on the Kona start line. We caught up with Alexander—who spent the day spectating the pro race—to get his thoughts on how the race played out and what it felt like to be on the sidelines—plus, he shares the one thing he learned that he wishes he had applied to his career.
