About 1700 athletes from around the world took on a damp, breezy day at Ironman Western Australia in the coastal town of Busselton. The event, which has a reputation for being one of the fastest on the Ironman Asia-Pacific circuit, was conductive to the day’s many PR performances, first-time finishers and smiles.
