Even with two Ironman world titles under his belt, Germany’s Jan Frodeno doesn’t believe he’s shown what he can do at the Ironman World Championship. We caught up with Frodeno from the Oakley house where he chatted about managing pressure, staying mentally fresh and preparing for the tactics of race day.
