Defending Ironman world champion Jan Frodeno says that the marathon is the area where his confidence has grown the most over the full 140.6 distance. The German explains that his two iron-distance races this year (Ironman Lanzarote and Challenge Roth) are the only two full-distance events where he hasn’t had to walk. Frodeno also discusses managing the balance of big events and his decision to skip 70.3 Worlds this year.
