Ambrose turned in a 24:44 swim, a 2:09:23 bike and a 1:18:05 run to cruise to the 3:54:29 victory. All three splits were the fastest of the race. Ukraine’s Maxim Kriat earned second, with Mike Caiazzo claiming third.

Snow also had fast splits across all three disciplines. Her 27:27 swim, 2:41:12 bike and 1:21:23 run gave her the 4:32:50 victory. Canadians Annie Gervais and Miranda Tomenson-Bharadwaj grabbed the other two podium spots.

“This is a local race for me, which was awesome. So many of my friends and family members got to come and cheer for me today,” said Snow. “I loved it.”
