After a 750m swim, 20km bike and 5km run in wet conditions at Nanjing’s Xuanwu Lake on Monday, Ben Dijkstra (GBR) and Daniel Hoy (NZL) battled it out down the blue carpet of the finishing chute right until the finishing tape.
