Matt Reed was born in New Zealand, moved to Australia when he was nine and became a US citizen in 2007. He shares his stories about moving to France and Germany in his early 20’s to try to make it as a professional triathlete, which can be tough when you are 6’5” tall and are new to the language, the food and the culture.
