With everyone wondering what move Lance Armstrong will make now that he’s not allowed to compete in Ironman events (more on that here), several other organizations and race series are responding to questions about whether or not they’d let the seven-time Tour de France champion make the start while he’s being investigated by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency.

Rev3 organizers are the latest to announce that Armstrong would be allowed to race under their rules.

“We have been asked over the last few days what our position is in reference to Lance racing a Rev3 event,” Rev3,” Rev3 owner Charlie Patten said in a statement to Triathlete.com. “It’s pretty straightforward in our minds. We have due process in this country for a reason, and we believe in our system. Innocent until proven guilty… Lance is welcome to race in Rev3 events. It should be known that we are not currently in any negotiations with Lance, but seeing as how many times we have been asked, we thought it was time to provide an answer.”

Challenge Roth also stated publicly that Armstrong would be allowed to race under the event’s rules. There has been no confirmation of any communication between Armstrong and any race organization outside of the World Triathlon Corporation.
