Australian Emma Moffatt said today that she may be able to race in next weekend’s ITU World Championship Series opener in Sydney. Moffatt was originally doubtful due to a shoulder injury she suffered as the result of a bike accident.
Moffatt will test her shoulder with a hard swim session, most likely on Saturday, before making the final call.
She was named in a team of 11 men and four women for round one of the world championships series, which starts and finishes at the Sydney Opera House.
